TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONWARD'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONWARD FOR THE RELEVANT SITE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

4. Opt-In Consent
