Russ Started Minnix Property Management back in 2001 and began investing into both single-family and multi-family real estate. Soon thereafter, he began 3rd party management, and now manages a portfolio of over 1800 single-family and multi-family properties across West Texas.

Having served alongside Russ at Minnix Property Management for 10 years as CEO, Krickett developed a passion for the multi-family space and made a decision to focus solely in that space. As such, she and Russ decided to create a new division, Onward Property Management in October of 2021 that specializes in multi-family management exclusively.
